1. Wat is Miranova en waarvoor wordt dit middel gebruikt*
• Miranova is een anticonceptiepil en wordt gebruikt om zwangerschap te voorkomen.
• Elke tablet bevat een kleine hoeveelheid van twee verschillende vrouwelijke hormonen, namelijk levonorgestrel en ethinylestradiol.
• Anticonceptiepillen die twee hormonen bevatten worden 'combinatiepillen' genoemd. Omdat Miranova slechts een kleine hoeveelheid hormonen bevat wordt het een 'lichte' pil genoemd.
